Porsche has officially launched the Taycan 4S Black Edition in India. Priced at ₹2.07 crore (ex-showroom), this all-electric sports sedan brings a darker, bolder look to the brand’s performance lineup.

Compared to the regular Taycan 4S, this Black Edition costs ₹11 lakh more. But that premium gives you serious style upgrades on both the outside and inside. Just like the Cayenne Black Edition, this version focuses on aesthetics.

All About the Dark Look

From the front bumper to the side skirts and rear diffuser, everything wears a high-gloss black finish. Even the Porsche badges and logos are blacked out. The car gets 21-inch black wheels to complete the stealthy design. The headlamps come with a smoky tint, adding more drama.

There are 13 color options available, including cool shades like Jet Black Metallic, Frozenberry Metallic (pink), Purple Sky Metallic, and more.

Whatever colour you choose, stay in the black.

The new Taycan Black Edition is minimal by design, not by compromise. Thoughtfully equipped with select features as standard, it sharpens the focus on what matters most: the drive.#PorscheSaudiArabia #Porsche #PorscheMEA pic.twitter.com/S7ywy00hzK

Interior Gets Sporty Too

Inside the Taycan 4S Black Edition, the layout stays the same as the standard model. But you now get two black Race-Tex (leatherette/Alcantara) options and two full leather choices. If you want more flair, Porsche offers dual-tone designs for extra cost.

It’s loaded with features like a panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera, 4-zone climate control, and 14-way adjustable seats. A 710W Bose 14-speaker system adds to the luxury vibe.

Performance That Stays Wild

The Porsche Taycan 4S Black Edition has the same powertrain as the regular 4S. It comes with a large 105kWh battery (97kWh usable), which offers a driving range of up to 668 km on a single charge (WLTP).

It pushes out 598hp and 710Nm of torque, with all-wheel drive. This car can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds. It also supports ultra-fast charging, hitting 80% in just 18 minutes with a 320kW DC charger.

The Taycan 4S Black Edition is not just about being electric. It’s about making a statement. For buyers who want performance, luxury, and a bit of mystery in their ride, this is a perfect match. Yes, it’s pricey. But for what it offers, it’s pure Porsche.
