Renault has shared its updated plans for the Indian market, with a major focus on the all-new Duster. This new Duster is based on the Dacia Bigster concept that was first shown in 2021. The new version is expected to launch in India early next year, followed by a larger 7-seater SUV.
The French car company has now revealed the name of this upcoming 7-seater SUV – it will be called “Boreal.” Renault says the Boreal will first be sold in Latin America and then launched in more than 70 countries. The name “Boreal” comes from the French language, highlighting the brand’s origin.

Renault also released a teaser image of the SUV, showing the new company logo on the back of the vehicle. They haven’t shared full details yet, but it’s known that Nissan, Renault’s partner, will release its own version of the SUV with a different design on top.
