
Tata Motors has launched the much-awaited Harrier EV AWD in India, with prices starting at ₹28.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This electric SUV has earned a 5-star rating in the BNCAP crash test, highlighting its strong focus on safety.
The top-end AWD variant comes equipped with Quad Wheel Drive (QWD) technology and is powered by a 75kWh battery pack, which runs two electric motors—one on the front axle and another on the rear. These motors generate a combined torque of 504Nm, delivering strong performance. The Harrier EV AWD boasts a claimed range of 622km on a single charge, while the lower C75 range offers between 460km and 490km. The more affordable RWD variant starts at ₹21.49 lakh, providing more options for buyers.

This top-spec AWD variant also comes packed with exclusive features such as boost mode, off-road assist, and six terrain modes including Normal, Snow/Grass, Mud-Ruts, Sand, Rock Crawl, and Custom.
Other premium highlights include a Level 2 ADAS suite, panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, transparent bonnet view, 360-degree camera, HD rear-view mirror, seven airbags, rear seat sunshade curtains, electrically adjustable front seats, 65W USB Type-C charging ports, TPMS, AVAS, and OTA (Over-the-Air) updates.
The 2025 Tata Harrier EV is available in four colour options, four different variants, and offers two battery pack choices. Bookings for the Harrier EV will open on 2nd July 2025, and deliveries are expected to begin shortly after. Tata Motors is also planning to launch a Dark Edition of the Harrier EV, and more details are already available on their website.
