EBITDA also grew 11.4% to ₹1,258 crore. Royal Enfield, the company’s motorcycle brand, achieved its highest-ever quarterly sales by selling 2,80,801 motorcycles, a 23.2% increase from the same quarter last year. For the full year 2024-25, Eicher Motors’ consolidated net profit rose 18.33% to ₹4,734.44 crore on a 14.11% rise in total revenue to ₹18,870.35 crore.

Royal Enfield reached a major milestone by selling over 1 million motorcycles in a year for the first time, with domestic sales growing 8.1% to 9,02,757 units and exports jumping 29.7% to 1,00,136 motorcycles. VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), a joint venture with Volvo, also performed well, with revenue increasing 7.7% to ₹23,548 crore, EBITDA at ₹2,023 crore, and profit after tax rising to ₹1,286 crore. Siddhartha Lal, Chairman of Eicher Motors, said the company had a remarkable year with excellent performance in both Royal Enfield and VECV, highlighting Royal Enfield’s success in the middleweight motorcycle segment and expressing confidence about future growth. B. Govindarajan, MD of Eicher Motors and CEO of Royal Enfield, noted that despite a slow start, FY25 was an incredible year with six new motorcycle launches, a record festive season, and a strong increase in exports.

He also mentioned Royal Enfield’s focus on quality and its entry into electric vehicles with the Flying Flea EV. Vinod Aggarwal, MD & CEO of VECV, said VECV outperformed the market with 6% growth in vehicle sales, launched new electric trucks built by an all-woman assembly line, introduced cleaner LNG-powered trucks, and brought India’s first FM Road Train with Volvo Trucks to support logistics. The company’s board recommended a final dividend of ₹70 per share for FY25, 34% higher than last year. Eicher Motors is the parent company of Royal Enfield and operates the commercial vehicle business through its joint venture with Volvo.
