NBCC Announces 29% Surge in Q4 Profit, Reaches ₹176 Crore..

NBCC (India) reported strong growth in its financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2025. The company’s revenue increased by 16.17% year-on-year to ₹4,642.55 crore, while profit before exceptional items and tax rose 17.63% to ₹345.01 crore. However, NBCC faced exceptional expenses amounting to ₹95.96 crore during the quarter.

Total expenses went up 16% to ₹4,355.43 crore, with the cost of stock, land, and materials more than doubling to ₹134.22 crore, and employee expenses increasing by 6.78% to ₹88.71 crore.

Breaking down by business segments, the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) segment earned ₹210.83 crore (up 1.98%), the real estate segment saw a significant jump of 183.44% to ₹160.09 crore, and the project management consultancy (PMC) segment grew 14.49% to ₹4,265.61 crore. For the full financial year 2024-25, NBCC’s net profit rose by 34.75% to ₹541.13 crore, with net sales increasing 15.67% to ₹12,038.57 crore.

The company’s board has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.14 per share, which will be paid after approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. NBCC operates mainly in three areas: project management consultancy, real estate, and EPC. Despite the positive results, NBCC’s shares fell 1.64% to ₹114.24 on the BSE.
