She especially mentioned her parents, Babita and Randhir Kapoor, her sister Kareena, her grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor, and her aunts Rima Jain and Ritu Nanda, along with a few close friends who supported her throughout.
Neither Karisma nor Abhishek ever revealed why the engagement ended. However, Amitabh Bachchan briefly talked about it on Koffee With Karan Season 1. He said it was a sensitive moment for both families. He added that sometimes, when things are not meant to be, it’s better to part ways peacefully—just like what happened in this case.
