In the House, it passed by just 219 to 213. Only two Republicans voted against it.

Trump told the crowd, “I’ve never seen people so happy. The military, workers, families—everyone’s taken care of.”
He gave credit to House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune for pushing the bill through.
