In a shocking incident in Gurugram’s Sushant Lok area, a 25-year-old national-level tennis player, Radhika Yadav, was shot dead by her own father on Wednesday morning.

Radhika lived in Sushant Lok Phase 2, where she also ran a tennis academy. Around 10 am, her father, Deepak Yadav, shot at her five times, and three bullets hit her. She was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.

After receiving a call from the hospital, police reached the spot and started their investigation. They later arrested her father, who confessed to the crime during questioning.

According to the police, the complaint was filed by Deepak Yadav’s brother. It was revealed that Deepak was angry with his daughter for running the tennis academy, which he did not approve of.

Radhika had made a name for herself as a talented national-level tennis player, winning many tournaments. The police have recovered the gun used in the crime, and the investigation is still ongoing.
