The sold flat is located in Shiv Asthan Heights, a luxury residential tower in the Pali Village area—one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Bandra West.

- It also comes with three parking spaces, which adds to its value.
- The buyer paid ₹32.01 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 as registration charges.
