His friends rushed to help him and even tried to do chest compressions to revive him. He was quickly taken to a private hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival. Police suspect that he died of a heart attack. A post-mortem has been done, and the final report is still awaited.
Similar Incidents Are Increasing
This is not the only case. Earlier this month, Pankaj Sharma, a 35-year-old man from Faridabad, died of a heart attack while exercising in a gym. He had a cup of black coffee and started his workout when he suddenly collapsed.
Last month in Karnataka, the government formed a team to investigate a sudden increase in heart attack cases among young people. In the Hassan district, 23 people died from heart attacks within just 40 days. Most of the victims were between the ages of 19 and 45.
Conclusion
These shocking incidents highlight a growing concern — more and more young people are suffering from sudden heart attacks, often during physical activity. Health experts are urging people to be more aware of their heart health and to get regular checkups.
