Actress Urvashi Rautela has reported that her luxury bag, which had jewellery worth ₹70 lakh, was stolen from Gatwick Airport in London.
She was in London to attend the Wimbledon tennis tournament, and the theft happened after she landed from an Emirates flight from Mumbai. Urvashi said that despite having her baggage tag and ticket, the brown Christian Dior bag went missing directly from the luggage belt.

In a statement, she said, “As a Platinum Emirates Member and a global artist, I’m deeply upset by the loss of our bag at the airport. This is not just about losing expensive items but also about the lack of security, responsibility, and respect for travellers.”
Urvashi also posted on Instagram, saying, “Injustice tolerated is injustice repeated.” She tagged Gatwick Airport, Emirates, and the Metropolitan Police in her post, asking for help in recovering the bag.
She added that no help was provided by either Emirates support or airport officials, even after raising the complaint.
