- The project is built on 25 acres and includes premium 3BHKs, studios, and duplexes.
Flat 1:
- Size: 1,101 sq. ft.
- Bought in 2017 for ₹3.02 crore
- Sold for ₹5.75 crore
- Stamp duty: ₹34.50 lakh
- Registration: ₹30,000
Flat 2:
- Size: 252 sq. ft.
- Bought for ₹67.90 lakh
- Sold for ₹1.35 crore
- Stamp duty: ₹6.75 lakh
- Registration: ₹30,000
Akshay bought both flats in 2017 and sold them in 2024, almost doubling his investment in just 8 years.
