Alcatel is making a comeback in the smartphone market with a new phone called the Alcatel V3 Ultra 5G. The phone’s launch is soon, and Madhav Sheth, Founder of Alcatel India, confirmed the news. He also shared a photo on social media showing the phone’s name and its retail box.

Sheth, who is also in charge of HTech India (Honor’s partner in India), posted that he was involved in choosing the box design. He picked a black box with yellow accents that says, “Born in France, now in India.” Alcatel phones will be made and sold by NxtCell, an Indian company that has the rights to the brand and plans to market the phones as “100% Made in India.”

The box design also shows different shades of blue were considered, and one of the boxes features a phone image without a punch hole for the selfie camera. It’s unclear if the phone will have an under-display camera or if the punch hole will be placed in the upper-right corner. The box also confirms the phone will have three cameras on the back with an LED flash.
Padget Electronics, a part of Dixon Technologies, will manufacture these smartphones for NxtCell India.
