Ashoka Buildcon Just Won a ₹569 Cr Railway Project – Here’s the Full Story!

Ashoka buildcon wins ₹569 crore railway project from central railway

Ashoka Buildcon, a leading infrastructure company, has won a new EPC project worth ₹569 crore from Central Railway. The company was declared the L1 bidder, meaning it offered the lowest bid for the project.

The project includes:

Trulli
  • Earthwork
  • Construction of major and minor bridges
  • Road under bridges (RUBs)
  • Permanent way (P. Way) work
  • Other civil works related to the gauge conversion between Pachora and Jamner, covering about 53.3 km (excluding Pachora yard and road overbridges).

The construction work must be completed within 30 months.

Ashoka Buildcon is mainly involved in building and maintaining roads, toll operations, and land support services. The company’s business is growing fast. In the third quarter of FY25, its net profit jumped 502% to ₹661.5 crore, compared to ₹109.8 crore in the same quarter of FY24. However, its revenue from operations fell by 10%, down to ₹2,387.9 crore in Q3 FY25.

On Friday, 11 April 2025, shares of Ashoka Buildcon went up by 0.27%, closing at ₹186.40.
