India’s leading audio and wearable brand, boAt, officially launched in the UAE in July 2025, marking its first step into the Middle East market. Known for its stylish and affordable products, boAt is already India’s No. 1 and the world’s No. 3 audio wearables brand, according to IDC.

What’s Available in the UAE?

boAt is offering its entire product range in the UAE, including:

Trulli
  • Earbuds
  • Headphones
  • Speakers
  • Smartwatches

These are now available on online platforms and in select retail stores across the UAE.

Aman Gupta, the Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of boAt, is also known for being a judge on Shark Tank India. He started boAt in 2014 with Sameer Mehta, and the brand quickly became a household name in India. boAt now makes around ₹3,000 crore (USD 360 million) in annual revenue and is among the top 5 wearable brands globally.

Why UAE and Why Now?

Aman Gupta sees the UAE as a perfect market because:

  • It has tech-savvy young people
  • A large Indian diaspora
  • High demand for fitness tech, gaming, and music gadgets

boAt’s entry into the UAE is part of its bigger plan to expand across the Gulf region, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman.

How boAt Is Launching in UAE:

  1. Product Variety – boAt is offering its full collection with modern features at competitive prices, appealing especially to Gen Z and millennials.
  2. Retail Presence – boAt will be available online and offline, through a mix of e-commerce and retail partnerships.
  3. Creative Campaigns – The launch campaign, called “Don’t Be a Fanboy”, was designed to show boAt’s bold and fun personality, created by Moonshot UAE.

Local Production and ‘Make in India’

boAt is proud of its “Make in India” journey:

  • 70% of boAt products are now made in India
  • A huge factory in Noida supports local production
  • The brand used to import almost everything, but now makes most items in India

This helps reduce costs and supports local jobs while maintaining quality.

Looking Ahead

boAt’s UAE launch is not just about selling products—it’s about:

  • Building a community
  • Partnering with local influencers
  • Creating stories that connect with local culture

The brand is aiming for steady, thoughtful growth rather than rushing into every global market.

Final Thought

boAt’s entry into the UAE is a big move that shows how Indian tech brands can now go global with confidence. With smart products, strong branding, and local engagement, boAt hopes to win hearts in the Middle East just like it did in India.
