Brigade Enterprises, one of India’s top real estate developers, is making bold moves again. This time, it’s in Hyderabad — where its workspace brand BuzzWorks just leased 24,000 sq. ft. of prime office space to Infor India.
The new lease is inside BuzzWorks Auro Orbit, located in the heart of HITEC City. For Infor India, the global enterprise software firm, this means a future-ready, flexible office. For Brigade, it marks another big leap in its expansion game.

Urban Forest Meets Future Office
This isn’t just another glass building. BuzzWorks Auro Orbit is designed around an Urban Forest theme. Think plants, natural materials, and smart tech — all packed into a space that promotes well-being, creativity, and sustainability.
Sitting on the 18th floor, the office offers panoramic city views. The workspace includes AI-powered systems, eco-friendly interiors, and curated amenities to match the modern working style. It’s not just about desks anymore — it’s about experience.
Hyderabad’s Flex Space Is Booming
BuzzWorks’ latest move reflects a bigger trend. According to Siddharth Verma, GM of BuzzWorks, Hyderabad’s office market is seeing serious change. In 2024 alone, 12.5 million sq. ft. of Grade A commercial space was leased — that’s a 56% jump from last year.
Interestingly, flexible workspace operators like BuzzWorks grabbed 14% of that pie, both in Hyderabad and across India’s top cities. It’s not just a phase — it’s a shift in how companies think about offices.

Brigade’s Vision: Office-as-a-Service
Verma puts it simply: “This is not just demand. It’s a redefinition of value.” Instead of just renting out square footage, Brigade Enterprises is now building offices-as-a-service. That means focusing on design, tech, flexibility, and culture.
The goal? To touch 1 million sq. ft. of managed workspace by the end of FY2026.
Brigade Enterprises: A Real Estate Powerhouse
From Bengaluru to Kochi, Brigade Enterprises is already a well-known name in Indian real estate. Its portfolio spans residential, office, retail, and hotels across key cities like Chennai, Mysuru, and Gujarat’s GIFT City.
In Q4 FY25, Brigade posted a 19.76% jump in profit, touching ₹246.82 crore. While revenue dropped 14.21% YoY to ₹1,460.39 crore, the company remains strong in strategy and outlook.
The Bigger Picture
BuzzWorks’ expansion shows how Brigade Enterprises is betting big on the future of work — not with traditional cubicles, but with intelligent, eco-conscious, and user-first office designs.
As Indian startups and global giants look for smarter office setups, Brigade is already laying the foundation.
