The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) recently conducted raids at five locations in Noida and Ghaziabad. These raids were part of an investigation into a major bank fraud case involving ₹126.07 crore.
According to CBI officials, the raids were carried out at the homes and offices of a private company’s promoters and directors. The case is connected to IDBI Bank, which claims that the company took a loan using fake documents and never repaid it, causing a huge loss to the bank.

Earlier, IDBI Bank had filed a complaint with the CBI. They accused the company and its top officials of working together to cheat the bank. The bank says the accused submitted forged documents, misused the loan money, and were later declared “wilful defaulters.” The loan account was then marked as a fraud case.
The people named in the case include the company’s promoter and managing director Ram Kishor Arora, and other directors Sangita Arora, Mohit Arora, Parul Arora, Vikas Kansal, Pradeep Kumar, Anil Kumar Jain (all residents of Noida), and Anil Kumar Sharma from Ghaziabad.
The investigation is ongoing.
