The upcoming movie Coolie, starring superstar Rajinikanth, is one of the most awaited films of the year. On Friday, music composer Anirudh Ravichander released the second song from the film, titled “Monica.”
The song features actress Pooja Hegde, who sets the screen on fire with her energetic dance. The video shows her dancing with hundreds of background dancers on a cargo ship. Actor Soubin Shahir also joins her in the song.

The track has been sung by Suhashini and Anirudh and includes a reference to Italian actress Monica Bellucci. Anirudh shared the music video on social media with the caption, “#Monica is here to rock the dance floor!”

Coolie is directed by Lokesh and produced by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures. The film stars Rajinikanth in the lead, with a star-studded cast including Nagarjuna, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, Sathyaraj, Shruti Haasan, Reba Monica John, Junior MGR, and Monisha Blessy.
The movie is scheduled to release in theatres on August 14.
