Breaking: eClerx Shares Soar 11.4% to ₹3,061 Following Robust Q4 Earnings!

Eclerx q4 profit rises 16. 6% | revenue hits ₹916. 5 crore

eClerx’s profit and revenue grew well in the last quarter ending March 2025. The company’s consolidated profit after tax was ₹152.2 crore, which is 16.6% higher than the same quarter last year and 11% more than the previous quarter.

Their operating revenue for the quarter was ₹898.3 crore, up 17.2% compared to last year and 5.2% higher than the previous quarter. In US dollars, revenue reached $104.9 million, showing a 14.1% increase from last year and 4.2% from the previous quarter. When adding other income, total revenue was ₹916.5 crore, a 16.1% rise year-on-year and 4.7% rise quarter-on-quarter.

The company’s earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) were ₹209.6 crore, up 13.2% from last year and 9% more than the last quarter. The EBIT margin improved slightly to 22.9%. eClerx had 19,267 employees working on delivery at the end of March 2025, which is 11.8% more than the previous year.

For the whole financial year 2025, eClerx made a consolidated profit after tax of ₹541.1 crore, a 5.8% increase from the previous year. The total operating revenue for the year was ₹3,365.9 crore, up 15.1% from last year. However, the EBIT margin for the year dropped a bit to 21.9%, even though EBIT grew by 5.41% to ₹753.4 crore.

The company had ₹1,025.8 crore in cash and cash equivalents at the end of the year, compared to ₹1,083.9 crore the previous year.

eClerx offers services like business process management, automation, and data analysis to many large companies across industries such as finance, communications, retail, fashion, media, manufacturing, travel, and technology.
