Google Unveils Gemini 2.5 – Its Most Powerful AI Yet!

Google has introduced Gemini 2.5, calling it its most powerful AI model so far. Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google and its parent company Alphabet, shared insights about this latest AI, highlighting its better reasoning and coding skills.

Along with Gemini 2.5, Google has also launched Gemini 2.5 Pro, a more advanced version with extra features. According to the AI benchmarking platform Imarena, this AI model will be available to users in the coming weeks. Advanced users can access it through Gemini AI Studio and the Gemini app.

Gemini 2.5 vs Other AI Models

During the launch, Sundar Pichai showed a comparison graph proving that Gemini 2.5 is better than some of its competitors, including:

  • China’s DeepSeek

  • OpenAI’s o3 Mini (by Sam Altman)

  • Elon Musk’s Grok AI

Pichai also mentioned that Gemini 2.5’s reasoning is so advanced that it can create basic video games just from a single-line coding prompt.

OpenAI Adds New Image Feature to ChatGPT

At the same time, OpenAI’s CEO Sam Altman announced a new upgrade for ChatGPT. Now, users can create images in real time using ChatGPT. To prevent misuse, a high watermark will be added to AI-generated images, making it easy to identify them as AI-made.

This competition between Google and OpenAI is pushing AI technology to new heights, making it even more powerful and accessible.
