
Six people died after a huge tree fell on several parked vehicles following a landslide near Gurudwara Manikaran Sahib in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, on Sunday. Three others were injured in the incident.
According to reports, the tree was uprooted due to a storm and a landslide from a mountain opposite the gurudwara. It crashed onto the vehicles, causing the tragic loss of lives. The injured have been taken to Jari Hospital for treatment.

Rescue teams, including police, medical staff, and revenue officials, are at the scene, working on relief efforts. Kullu’s Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Vikas Shukla, assured that necessary help is being provided.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and Leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur expressed their deep sorrow over the incident. CM Sukhu has directed officials to support the victims’ families and ensure the injured receive proper medical care.
