
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has introduced a new Blended MBA (bMBA) program designed for mid-career professionals and entrepreneurs who want to boost their careers while continuing to work.
What is the bMBA Program?
This is a two-year MBA program that combines online classes with in-person sessions. It offers a flexible learning schedule, allowing participants to study while managing their jobs or businesses.

The program is divided into six terms:
- Year 1: Core management subjects like marketing, strategy, finance, operations, and more.
- Year 2: Elective courses where students can choose their area of interest.
- Capstone Project: A real-world project where participants apply what they’ve learned.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be at least 24 years old
- Have completed at least 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 4)
- Have a minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience after graduation
- Have at least 50% marks in graduation
- Have a valid score from one of the following exams (from the last 5 years):
CAT, GMAT, GRE, or GMAT Focus Edition
Other eligible qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Company Secretary (CS)
- Cost and Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA)
Foreign degrees must be recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
