Infopark Kochi has added about 600 new parking spaces to address the growing demand from private companies and developers using land in the IT complex.

Currently, Infopark has four buildings in Phase-1, where parking is already available for employees. There is also a dedicated paid parking area at Infopark Square near the southern gate, with space for 140 cars. However, only 40% of this parking space is being used, according to a statement from Infopark.

To help with getting around, Infopark offers a free electric buggy service that runs from the parking lot to the company offices. The service operates between 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. and again from 4 p.m. for three hours. Each buggy can carry up to 14 people.

In addition to the new spaces, Infopark has also provided parking on private land near the southern entrance, which can hold up to 340 cars. Companies in Infopark can rent these spaces in bulk, but only 58% of the spots are currently being used. Despite the additional parking, many people are still parking on the roadside outside the campus.

Infopark has shared a map of parking facilities on its social media and WhatsApp groups to help employees find available spots. They have also set up a digital display on the Phase-1 campus to show real-time parking availability.
