The system now uses smart AI agents that can do most of the work on their own, without much help from humans. These AI agents can understand and manage complex invoice processes quickly and accurately. This shift from human-led to AI-led operations means businesses can work faster, save time, and reduce errors.
These AI agents are capable of making decisions, adjusting to changes, and handling entire workflows from start to finish. This helps companies run their finance operations more smoothly and grow faster.
The solution uses Microsoft’s powerful AI tools, including Azure AI Foundry and large language models, along with custom-built AI agents. It also uses Microsoft Azure’s cognitive services and platform tools to ensure the system is smart, reliable, and ready for business use.
Infosys BPM developed this solution with Americana Restaurants, one of the biggest restaurant chains in the Middle East, North Africa, and Kazakhstan, operating over 2,600 restaurants. After successfully using the Accounts Payable on Cloud system with Americana, Infosys BPM is now upgrading it with the new Agentic AI to make their invoice processing even more efficient and automatic.
