Actor John Abraham, known for his recent performance in The Diplomat, has once again proven his sharp business skills. He has leased out three of his properties located in the upscale Sea Glimpse Co-operative Housing Society in Bandra West, Mumbai. According to reports, John has signed a five-year rental agreement, with the initial rent set at ₹6.30 lakh per month.

The contract includes rent hikes—8% annually for the first two years and 5% annually for the following two years—bringing the expected rent to ₹8 lakh per month by the fifth year. A security deposit of ₹36 lakh was also collected from the tenants, while ₹1.12 lakh was paid as stamp duty and ₹1,000 for registration.
This is not John’s only major real estate move recently. In December 2023, he purchased a luxurious 5,416 sq. ft. bungalow in Khar, spread over a 7,722 sq. ft. plot, for a whopping ₹70.83 crore.
