According to the report, 45 people who know or have worked with Zuckerberg say he seems to be getting closer to U.S. President Donald Trump’s MAGA (Make America Great Again) movement. Some staff members have even started calling him “MAGA Mark.” They describe his shift as part of a dramatic “midlife crisis.”

A Surprising Change in Personality and Style
Zuckerberg, who was once seen as a supporter of social justice, now appears very different. Employees said they feel emotions like “grief,” “horror,” and “betrayal.” He now wears flashy outfits like gold chains and shearling jackets, and has changed his hairstyle from a simple buzz cut to a ginger mullet.

When Zuckerberg appeared on Joe Rogan’s podcast, he made several bold statements. He said corporate America is “culturally neutered” and called for more “masculine energy” at work. These comments upset many Meta employees, and some even brought up their concerns in a company meeting.
However, Zuckerberg reportedly didn’t care much about the criticism. One employee claimed he responded by saying, “If you don’t like it, tough st.”**
