Milind Soman, actor and model, is well-known not just for his looks, but also for his amazing fitness even at the age of 59. From his early days in showbiz to now, he has become an inspiration for many people. Let’s take a look at his morning routine and how he stays so fit and healthy.

Starts the Day Slowly

Milind believes in waking up naturally without stress. He usually wakes up around 8:30 AM and spends about an hour relaxing in bed before starting his day. He likes to take things slow in the morning.

Running Is His Favourite Activity

Milind loves running. Even if he has to push himself out of bed by 10 AM, he always makes time for a long run. He says once you start running—whether a friend, family member, or partner encourages you—you get used to it and begin to enjoy it.

He doesn’t set strict goals, but he often ends up running around 60 to 70 km a week!

First Meal: Dry Fruits and Juice

Milind starts his day by eating a few almonds and drinking fresh fruit juice, like watermelon or papaya juice. He also loves eating seasonal fruits—bananas, mangoes, or whatever is available.

Simple Home Workouts and Yoga

He does at least 15 minutes of exercise every day at home. His routine includes a 4-minute plank, yoga, and sometimes more running. If he gets time, he includes other exercises too.

He also does 50 push-ups during the day whenever he feels like it.

Loves Dal-Khichdi and No Cheat Days

When it comes to food, Milind is simple. He loves dal-khichdi and eats whatever is available at home. He doesn’t believe in “cheat days”—he eats what he wants but stays balanced and disciplined.

Mindfulness and Mental Health

Milind follows a disciplined lifestyle. He avoids watching or reading too much news and only trusts official sources. He practices meditation and yoga regularly, and his wife helps him stay consistent with morning meditation.
