In a shocking development, Pahalgam plotter Saifullah Kasuri—accused of planning the April 22 terror attack that killed 26 tourists in Kashmir—held a public rally in Lahore this week.
According to a report by The Times of India, the Lashkar-e-Taiba commander openly mocked India and made provocative statements against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while flanked by Pakistan’s intelligence officers, army personnel, and politicians.

At the rally, Kasuri boasted, “I have become more famous since being accused of the attack.” He praised Pakistan’s so-called “Bunyan al-Marsoos” operation and declared, “Allah loves those who engage in jihad,” as the crowd cheered.

#Breaking News:
This is the real face of #Pakistan. #UNSC-designated Pakistani terrorist Hafiz Saeed’s son Talha Saeed praises Pakistan Army’s Operation Bunyan al-Marsoos, says Allah loves those who do jihad, at an event attended by LeT commander Saifullah Kasuri and #Punjab… pic.twitter.com/2IOW8bjlmb— Natbar Rai (@NatbarRai1) May 29, 2025
Among the attendees were US-designated terrorist Talha Saeed (son of Hafiz Saeed) and Malik Ahmad Khan, the Speaker of Punjab Assembly. The message from Pakistan was loud and clear: Terror is not just tolerated, it’s endorsed.
And if that wasn’t enough, Kasuri took direct aim at India’s Prime Minister. Referring to Modi’s warning to Pakistan at a recent Bhuj rally—“Pakistan should be ready to face India’s bullets if it continues to sponsor terror”—Kasuri mocked, “Modi samajhta hai hum goliyon se darne wale hain? Ye uski bhool hai.”
That’s not just arrogance. That’s a country’s military and political elite letting a wanted terrorist insult India—publicly.
Let’s be clear: Kasuri is not a fringe voice. He was president of Milli Muslim League, a political front of LeT, and served in Jamaat-ud-Dawa’s coordination wing. These aren’t grassroots volunteers—they’re tools in Pakistan’s long-standing proxy war strategy.
The Pahalgam attack wasn’t just a number in a news ticker. It was a massacre that killed innocent Indian tourists. Now, the accused mastermind of that horror is being celebrated by Pakistan’s leadership.
Indian intelligence has already dismissed Kasuri’s claims of cyber-attacks on critical infrastructure. Still, he continues to spread propaganda and raise funds under the banner of “Kashmir jihad.”
This rally exposes more than just Pakistan’s hypocrisy. It shows us that despite global sanctions, FATF grey-listings, and international warnings, Islamabad remains hand-in-glove with terrorism.
So here’s the truth: When Pakistan claims it’s a victim of terror, remember Lahore. Remember the stage. And remember the applause.
