Strong Financial Growth

In FY23, PNG Jewellers earned ₹45,073 million. In FY24, it went up to ₹61,120 million. And now in FY25, it has touched ₹76,935 million. The company’s profit (PAT) also grew to ₹2,183 million. That’s a 41% increase.

Their EBITDA is now ₹3,710 million. The company says better product mix and smart operations helped increase profits.

The net worth jumped too — now it’s ₹15,539 million. This is after PNG Jewellers’ big IPO in 2024.

Store Expansion and E-commerce Push

In FY25, PNG Jewellers opened 17 new stores. They now have 53 stores in total, including one in the USA. Out of these, 41 are company-owned and 12 are franchise-operated.

Their total store space is now 1,65,260 sq. ft. That’s huge. They also sold 8.6 tonnes of gold and 25.2 tonnes of silver this year.

E-commerce is also booming. Online sales grew by 131%. Franchise sales went up by 55%.

Focus on Youth and LiteStyle

PNG Jewellers is thinking about the next generation too. Their sub-brand LiteStyle sells light, daily-wear jewellery. It’s meant for young people who want fashion and comfort.

There are two LiteStyle stores in Pune and Goa. These focus on trendy gold and diamond pieces.

Marketing and Brand Power

PNG Jewellers is also big on brand marketing. They team up with celebs like Madhuri Dixit. They also advertise during festivals and in movies. Even with more spending, ad costs are still just 1% of total revenue.

They want to connect better with customers and stay top-of-mind.

Big Plans Ahead

The company is now looking beyond Maharashtra. It wants to grow in other Indian states and abroad. It also wants to sell more lightweight jewellery.

They offer flexible buying options like the Golden Gain Plan and Dajikaka Promise Plan, keeping customers happy and loyal.

A Proud Indian Brand

PNG Jewellers is not just selling jewellery — it’s building a legacy. With 6,300+ gold designs and nearly 29,000 diamond pieces, the brand has something for everyone.

With over 2,100 employees and an average revenue of ₹1,452 million per store, the brand looks ready for more success.

The 12th Annual General Meeting will be held online on August 18, 2025.
