Indian Railways has launched RailOne, a powerful new mobile app that brings all train-related services into one place. No more switching between apps. Whether you’re booking tickets, tracking trains, ordering food, or checking refunds — RailOne does it all.

Developed by the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), RailOne is available for free download on Android and iOS. The goal? To make train travel simple, smart, and smooth for everyone.

What is RailOne?

RailOne is a one-stop app that combines the best features from existing railway apps like IRCTC Rail Connect, UTSonMobile, Rail Madad, NTES, and Food on Track. It’s like the UPI of Indian train travel — one platform, all services.

Key Features of the RailOne App

Let’s break down what RailOne offers:

Book Reserved and Unreserved Tickets
Plan your journey easily. Choose seat class, quotas, and book in seconds using the “Plan My Journey” tool.

Track All Your Bookings
Under “My Bookings,” you can see all your ticket history — both reserved and unreserved.

Profile and Wallet
Go to the “You” tab to update your profile, change your password, enable biometric login, or top up your R-Wallet.

Live Train Tracking
Know exactly where your train is. Check real-time location, delays, and platform numbers.

Coach Position Finder
See where your coach will arrive on the platform — no more running around at the station.

Order Food On-the-Go
Craving a hot meal on the train? RailOne lets you order food from partner vendors to your seat.

Raise Complaints Easily
The app integrates with Rail Madad. Lodge complaints, give feedback, and track their resolution.

Refunds Made Easy
Cancelled train? Missed your ride? Apply for refunds directly on the app and track the status.

Supports Indian Languages
Use the app in your preferred language. RailOne makes sure everyone can use it, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.

One Login for Everything
Just log in once with your IRCTC or UTS account. No need to remember multiple passwords.

Safe Payments via R-Wallet
Use biometric or mPIN to make quick and secure payments through Indian Railways’ own wallet.

Where to Download RailOne

You can download RailOne now:

Google Play Store (Android)
Apple App Store (iOS)

The app is free and takes only a few seconds to set up.

Why RailOne Matters

India has the world’s fourth-largest railway network. And now, with RailOne, the digital experience finally matches the scale. No more jumping between apps or standing in long queues. Indian Railways is going full digital — and it’s about time.

RailOne is not just an app — it’s a major step in Indian Railways’ digital journey. It puts the power of planning, tracking, and managing your trip into your pocket. If you travel by train in India, RailOne is a must-have.
