
Revolt Motors Expands to Nepal with MV Dugar Group Partnership
What’s Happening?
Revolt Motors, a part of RattanIndia Enterprises, is expanding to Nepal by partnering with MV Dugar Group, one of the country’s top automotive companies. The first Revolt Hub will open in Kathmandu by April 2025, where customers can explore the entire range of Revolt’s electric motorcycles.
Why Nepal?
According to Anjali Rattan, Chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises, Nepal is a strategic market due to its strong focus on clean energy and increasing demand for sustainable mobility. This expansion supports Revolt’s vision to promote electric mobility globally, with future plans to enter markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

Showrooms and Service Infrastructure
To ensure a smooth ownership experience, Revolt Motors will:
- Establish 15 showrooms in major cities across Nepal within the next 3-4 months.
- Set up fully equipped service stations at all dealership locations to provide after-sales support.

Financial Snapshot
Despite this exciting expansion, RattanIndia Enterprises reported a net loss of ₹170.43 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to a net profit of ₹187.35 crore in Q3 FY24. However, revenue from operations grew by 2.2% year-on-year to ₹1,921.49 crore.

With the Kathmandu hub set to launch by April 2025, Revolt Motors is preparing to revolutionize electric mobility in Nepal. As the company expands its footprint, it aims to offer eco-friendly solutions to a wider customer base.
