To celebrate this big win, RCB had planned an open bus parade in Bengaluru to welcome the team back home. Many fans were looking forward to this parade.
But the Bengaluru Traffic Police have cancelled the parade. They said there will be a special event to honor the team at the Chinnaswamy Stadium from 5 PM to 6 PM. Because of this, they advised people to avoid roads near Vidhana Soudha and Chinnaswamy Stadium from 3 PM to 8 PM.
The police also said there won’t be any victory parade and asked people to use public transport or the metro instead of personal vehicles. This is because there won’t be enough parking space.
This news will disappoint many fans who could not get tickets to the celebration at the stadium. The open bus parade was a good alternative for them.
The parade was supposed to start from Vidhana Soudha and end at Chinnaswamy Stadium, but now it won’t happen.
