Dr. Alka Patel, a 53-year-old doctor from London who specializes in lifestyle and longevity medicine, says her biological age is now just 23—30 years younger than her real age!

The Life-Changing Incident

When Dr. Alka turned 39, she got very sick and ended up in the hospital with a high fever. Doctors couldn’t find out what was wrong and later diagnosed her with PUO (Pyrexia of Unknown Origin). That scary experience made her realize she needed to make big changes in her life.

After that, Dr. Alka completely changed her lifestyle. She focused on eating better, moving more, sleeping well, and managing stress. She also kept track of her health with tests and wearable health monitors. Here are the 6 simple steps she followed and recommends:

1-10 The Sunshine Sync
Step outside every morning for 1 minute. Then, close your eyes for 10 seconds and think about something you’re grateful for or your goal for the day.

2-20 The Power Pulse
Walk for 2 minutes, then run as fast as you can for 20 seconds.

3-30 The Hydration Habit
Drink 3 gulps of water every 30 minutes to stay hydrated.

4-40 The Compliment Catalyst
Give 4 compliments each day. Spend about 40 seconds on each to make them meaningful.

5-50 The Flexibility Fix
Do 5 different stretches and hold each for 50 seconds.

6-60 The Breathflow Boost
Slow down and take just 6 deep breaths every hour.

More Healthy Habits

Dr. Alka also:

  • Eats more protein and fibre
  • Moves frequently throughout the day (like doing calf raises while brushing teeth)
  • Runs marathons
  • Uses sauna sessions to stay healthy
  • Does 5-day fasts (sometimes with just water)

The Result

Dr. Alka says she feels more energetic, focused, and present than ever. Her energy stays strong all day, and she feels like she’s running on “premium fuel instead of fumes.”
