Veteran Bollywood actress Sangeeta Bijlani has become the latest victim of a shocking burglary. Her farmhouse in Maval, near Pune, was broken into recently. The crime came to light on July 18, 2025, when Bijlani visited the property after a long time.
According to a report by Times Now, the actress was not alone. She had come with two house helpers. But as soon as they reached the farmhouse, they noticed something was wrong. The main gate was broken. That was the first red flag.

Once they went inside, the damage was much worse. The window grills had been damaged. One television was missing, and another was broken and lying on the floor. It was clear someone had broken in and stolen many things.
Sangeeta Bijlani did not waste time. She filed an official complaint with Superintendent of Police Sandeep Singh Gill. In her complaint, she shared that several items were either stolen or vandalised. These included CCTV cameras, a bed, and even a refrigerator.
Local police are now investigating the case. They are going through the CCTV footage from the farmhouse. They are trying to figure out who did it and when it happened.

This incident comes just days after her 65th birthday celebration, which was full of glamour. Many celebrities attended the party, including Salman Khan. Photos and videos from the celebration went viral on social media.
Even though she is not active in films now, Sangeeta Bijlani is still a well-known name. She was a big star in the late 1980s and early 1990s. She gave hit films like Tridev, Hathyar, Gunahon Ka Devta, Jurm, and Hatim Tai. She still gets media attention for her appearances at events and public gatherings.
This burglary has shocked fans and the film industry. It also shows how unsafe isolated properties can be, even if they belong to famous people.
Let’s hope the police act fast and catch the people responsible. Celebrities or not, no one deserves to come back home and see it destroyed.
