A tragic crash in San Antonio, Texas, on Thursday afternoon left four people dead and 18 others injured. The accident happened around 2:00 PM on Interstate 35 when a stolen white Camaro, speeding down the highway, crashed into a small transport bus that was pulling a trailer.

According to San Antonio Police Chief Bill McManus, four suspects were inside the Camaro. After the crash, they ran away from the scene. At least one of them had an assault rifle. Two people died at the spot, and 18 others—ranging from young children to elderly individuals—were rushed to hospitals. Sadly, two more victims passed away later that night.

Chief McManus posted on social media warning people to avoid the area and shared that the crash caused major damage and multiple injuries.

The bus belonged to the company Transportes Guerra, which was on a route from Fort Worth, Texas, to Mexico. The company shared a message on Facebook asking people with relatives on the bus to contact them at the numbers provided:
830-319-5168
862-109-7187
682-758-1055

They also stated they will keep running their services and provide updates through Facebook.

Police are still searching for the suspects involved in the crash.
