The much-awaited Telugu action movie Kingdom, starring Vijay Deverakonda, finally has a new release date! After being postponed twice, the film is now scheduled to release worldwide on July 31.

Why Was the Movie Delayed?
Kingdom was first planned to release on May 30, but it was delayed to July 4 because of tensions in the country after the Pahalgam terror attack.
The makers released a statement saying,
“We tried everything to stick to the original date, but due to the current situation, it’s not the right time to promote or celebrate.”
There was no official reason given for the second delay.

Kingdom is directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri and produced by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas.
It stars Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead. This is Vijay Deverakonda’s first major role since The Family Star, in which he acted with Mrunal Thakur.
