VinFast & Global Assure Join Forces to Power Round-the-Clock EV Service in India

VinFast, the bold Vietnamese electric vehicle (EV) brand, is making serious moves in India. As it gears up to launch its premium electric SUVs—VF6 and VF7—it’s not coming in blind. VinFast has partnered with Global Assure, a leading service solutions provider, to offer solid customer support across the country.

This is not your typical brand entry. VinFast is thinking beyond just selling cars. It wants Indian EV buyers to feel secure—on and off the road. And that’s exactly why this new partnership matters.

Full-Service, All-Day, Every Day

With this tie-up, VinFast owners in India will get 24/7 customer service, a nationwide roadside assistance (RSA) network, and even mobile charging vans that come to you. Think your car broke down on a highway? There’ll be a van for that. Need emergency diagnostics? That’s covered too.

Speaking about this move, Pham Sanh Chau, CEO of VinFast Asia, said it best:

“This partnership underlines our commitment to customer-first support across India.”

He added that this collaboration helps build more than just a car brand—it builds a reliable, caring ecosystem for EV owners.

Why Global Assure?

Global Assure has been in the game for years. They understand India’s roads, customer behavior, and, most importantly, the expectations. Co-founder and CEO Manish Vij expressed confidence in delivering top-notch service to VinFast customers across the country.

“We aim to make every journey smoother, safer, and stress-free.”

And that’s not just a promise—it’s a game plan.

VinFast’s Big India Play

VinFast is no small startup. It’s backed by Vingroup JSC, Vietnam’s powerhouse. The company already has electric SUVs, scooters, and buses running in North America, Europe, and Asia. Now, it’s turning its focus to India, one of the fastest-growing EV markets.

Bookings for VF6 and VF7 will open this month. These SUVs are designed to appeal to young, tech-savvy Indians who want sleek design, solid performance, and clean mobility.

What This Means

India is known for being tough on newcomers—especially in the auto sector. But VinFast seems ready. With strong after-sales support and a solid partner like Global Assure, it’s not just entering India. It’s planting its flag.

This is how you launch: with confidence, support, and a plan that actually thinks about the customer. The rest of the EV world should be paying attention.
