The new Aprilia SR 125 hp.e is here, and it’s sharper, faster, and smarter. Priced at Rs 1.2 lakh, this upgraded scooter brings fresh style and better performance. It sits just below the SR 175 and is made for young riders who want power and tech without burning a hole in their pocket.
A New Engine for More Fun
Powering the Aprilia SR 125 hp.e is a 124.45cc, air-cooled engine. It’s a single-cylinder, 3-valve motor that makes 10.6 PS and 10.4 Nm torque. That’s enough power for city roads and even highway rides. The engine is now OBD-2B compliant, which means it gives better fuel efficiency and less pollution.

With a CVT gearbox, the scooter offers smooth and quick pickup. It’s made for daily traffic, quick overtakes, and clean highway runs. The company hasn’t shared the mileage yet, but it should give around 40 km per litre.
Fresh Look, Same Body
The Aprilia SR 125 hp.e keeps the same sporty body but adds new colours and graphics. You can get it in Matt Black or in dual-tone combos like Glossy Mazda Grey + Matt Black and Glossy Red + Matt Black. It looks bold, clean, and more premium than before.
It still has the same sharp face, LED headlamps, carbon touches, split seat, upswept exhaust, and the cool X-shaped tail light. The new graphics are more stylish with bold shoulder lines instead of the old large ‘a’ sticker.

Big Tech Upgrade
The biggest update is the new 5.5-inch full colour TFT screen. It’s the same size as the one on Aprilia’s RS 457. But this one has a different design and UI. You can even change the backlight and graphics to match your style. It supports Bluetooth, so you can see calls, messages, music, and navigation right on the screen. You can also check ride stats to track your riding habits.
How It Stands Against Rivals
At Rs 1.2 lakh, the Aprilia SR 125 hp.e is priced higher than most of its rivals. The Yamaha RayZR starts at Rs 86,500, the TVS Ntorq 125 at Rs 87,500, and Hero Xoom 125 at Rs 92,900. But Aprilia offers a more premium ride, better tech, and European design that stands out on Indian roads.
So if you’re someone who values power, style, and a bit of flash, this scooter is made for you.
