Tecno has launched its latest budget 5G smartphone, the Tecno Pova Curve 5G, in India. Priced at ₹15,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant, this phone brings a premium look and solid specs without burning your wallet. The higher 8GB+128GB model is listed at ₹16,999.

It features a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate SoC, a 144Hz curved AMOLED display, and a large 5,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging. The phone will be available on Flipkart and offline stores starting June 5.

If you love binge-watching or scrolling at night, the 6.78-inch full-HD+ display with 1,300 nits brightness and Gorilla Glass 5 will make your content pop.

And with the 144Hz refresh rate, gaming and scrolling feel smooth and snappy.

Now, let’s talk power. The Tecno Pova Curve 5G isn’t just pretty—it’s also fast.

The Dimensity 7300 chip handles multitasking with ease. Add up to 8GB physical + 8GB virtual RAM, and you’re looking at a solid performer for everyday use, gaming, and even work.

Battery anxiety? Not here. The 5,500mAh battery promises all-day juice, and 45W charging means 0 to 100% in 45 minutes—faster than some people reply to texts.

The rear camera setup is led by a 64MP Sony IMX682 sensor, offering decent clarity and AI-enhanced photos. A 13MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.

Tecno didn’t stop there. The IP64-rated body means better protection against dust and splashes. Stereo speakers tuned with Dolby Atmos deliver immersive audio.

And yes, there’s a voice assistant too—Ella—offering features like AI Voiceprint Suppression, AI Call Answering, and a Smart Signal Hub for better connectivity in poor network areas.

With its starship-inspired design, just 7.45mm thickness, and three flashy colours—Geek Black, Magic Silver, and Neon Cyan—the Tecno Pova Curve 5G isn’t shy about standing out.

It’s a clear move by Tecno to shake up the under ₹20,000 market, and let’s be honest—there’s something oddly satisfying about holding a curved screen phone that didn’t cost a kidney.

For users who want flagship feels without flagship prices, this phone hits the sweet spot. It’s slim, fast, flashy, and surprisingly thoughtful in its feature set.
