Sterlite Technologies (STL) has officially completed the demerger of its Global Services Business, marking a major shift in its corporate structure. The services division will now operate under STL Networks, which is branded as Invenia.
This move is set to create two focused, agile organizations—each specializing in its domain for faster growth.

The split aligns with STL’s long-term vision to sharpen its focus. Now, STL will concentrate on optical networking, while STL Networks (Invenia) will drive digital infrastructure services.
This separation allows both companies to innovate faster, serve customers better, and attract specialized investors.
