Massive Fire at North Macedonia Nightclub Killed at Least 50 People

A huge fire broke out at a nightclub in North Macedonia during a concert, killed at least 50 people. The fire started early Sunday morning at the Pulse Club in Kocani, a town about 100 km (60 miles) east of Skopje, the capital.

The nightclub was packed with over 1,000 people attending a performance by ADN, a well-known hip-hop duo in the country. Reports say that around 1,500 people were at the event when the fire started.

Videos shared on social media show the building covered in flames, with thick smoke rising into the sky. Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
