Devotees Celebrate Ram Navami at Ayodhya’s Ram Temple with Prayers and Holy Dip

Ram Navami 2025: Devotees Visit Ayodhya’s Ram Temple

On the special occasion of Ram Navami, a large number of devotees gathered at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on Sunday morning. Before visiting the temple, many people took a holy dip in the Saryu River, which is believed to be sacred.

Ram Navami is celebrated across India every year to mark the birth of Lord Ram. It falls on the last day of Chaitra Navratri. On this day, young girls, who represent the nine forms of Goddess Durga, are also offered gifts and prasad.

The Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya was beautifully decorated with flowers and lights, attracting devotees from all over the country.

One devotee said, “I feel very happy after coming here. The arrangements are really good.”
Another devotee who came from Varanasi shared, “I have come here to offer prayers at the Ram Temple on this holy day.”

Police arrangements were made to manage the crowd and keep everyone safe. Additional SP Madhuban Singh said, “A large number of people have come to pray. Many police personnel have been deployed, and proper parking has been arranged.”

Meanwhile, in Delhi, the Jhandewalan Temple was also decorated with lights and flowers for Chaitra Navratri. A devotee who visited the temple said, “This is my first visit, and I felt very peaceful after offering prayers.”
Another visitor said, “The temple arrangements are great. Mata Rani is blessing everyone.”

In addition, morning prayers (Aarti) were held at Shri Aadya Katyayani Shaktipith Mandir in Chhatarpur, Delhi, on Ram Navami.

People across the country celebrated this holy day with joy, devotion, and peace.
