Who is Nikita Casap? Teen Accused of Killing Parents and Plotting to Assassinate Donald Trump

Nikita Casap, a 17-year-old high school student from Wisconsin, is facing serious charges after allegedly killing his parents and planning to assassinate President Donald Trump. A newly unsealed federal warrant revealed shocking details about the teenager’s plans.

What Happened?

Nikita Casap was charged with first-degree murder, theft, and hiding a corpse after police found the bodies of his mother, Tatiana Casap (35), and stepfather, Donald Mayer (51), in their home near Milwaukee on February 28. The bodies were discovered after family members requested a welfare check because Mayer hadn’t shown up for work and Nikita hadn’t been seen at school for two weeks.

Investigators believe the murders happened earlier—on February 11. The bodies were so badly decomposed that authorities had to use dental records to identify them.

Why Did He Do It?

Federal investigators claim that Nikita Casap killed his parents to get money and freedom to carry out a plan to assassinate Donald Trump and overthrow the U.S. government. He reportedly wrote a three-page manifesto that included extremist and antisemitic views, support for Adolf Hitler, and plans to create chaos by targeting top U.S. leaders.

Arrest and What Police Found

Police caught Nikita Casap in Kansas during a routine traffic stop. Inside the car, they found:

  • $14,000 in cash
  • Over $14,000 worth of jewelry
  • A .357 Magnum revolver
  • Passports
  • The family dog

He also had communications on TikTok and Telegram, where he discussed his violent plans with others, including a Russian-speaking person. He even mentioned plans to flee to Ukraine after the attacks.

FBI Findings

The FBI uncovered:

  • Messages about making bombs and committing terrorist attacks.
  • Materials linked to a neo-Nazi extremist group called The Order of Nine Angels.
  • A written document explaining why he wanted to kill Donald Trump and how it would lead to government collapse.

One part of the manifesto read:

“As to why, specifically Trump, I think it’s pretty obvious. By getting rid of the president and perhaps the vice president, that is guaranteed to bring in some chaos.”

Charges and Court Dates

Nikita Casap is currently in Waukesha County Jail on a $1 million bond. He faces nine felony charges, including:

  • Two counts of first-degree murder
  • Two counts of hiding a corpse
  • Federal charges for attempted presidential assassination, conspiracy, and use of weapons of mass destruction

He is scheduled to appear in court for an arraignment on May 7.

His Lawyer’s Statement

Nikita’s public defender, Nicole Ostrowski, has requested to drop some of the charges, saying he’s too young and still in high school. She argued that prosecutors haven’t fully proven their case.

What His Classmate Said

A classmate told police that Nikita Casap had talked about wanting to kill his parents but didn’t have a gun. Later, he said he planned to steal a gun from someone he befriended.
