Meta is developing a new type of smart glasses called Project Aria Gen 2, which could revolutionize wearable technology by combining advanced sensors that can track your eye movements, hand gestures, and even measure your heart rate.
These glasses use multiple cameras to capture a wide 80-degree view, accurately detect depth and distance, and understand what you’re focusing on or how you’re reacting to your surroundings. Unlike the simpler Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses currently available, the Aria Gen 2 is still in the research phase and only accessible to select researchers.
