Mercedes-Benz India has launched a special edition of its premium electric sedan, the EQS 580 4MATIC, called the ‘Celebration Edition,’ priced at ₹1.30 crore (ex-showroom).

Limited to just 50 units, this edition marks the growing popularity of the EQS series and the brand’s strong presence in the luxury electric vehicle (EV) market in India. Mercedes-Benz reported a 73% rise in EV sales up to May 2025 and is expanding its retail network with four new luxury showrooms in major Indian cities

While the overall design remains similar, the Celebration Edition features subtle enhancements such as finer detailing on the lighting units and new aero alloy wheels, giving it a more elegant look. Inside, the sedan offers enhanced luxury with Executive Seats that recline up to 38 degrees, multi-contour massage functions, lumbar support, and a chauffeur package that allows rear passengers to adjust the front seat electronically.
