OnePlus is all set to launch two new smartphones — the OnePlus Nord 5 and OnePlus Nord CE 5 — along with the OnePlus Buds 4 wireless earphones in India on July 8, 2025.

The official launch will take place during the OnePlus Summer Launch Event at 2 PM IST. The OnePlus Nord 5 is being promoted as a major upgrade in the Nord lineup, promising flagship-level performance at a mid-range price. It is the first Nord device to feature the powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, a big improvement over the previous generation.
The phone is expected to support a 144Hz refresh rate, offering a smooth gaming experience in popular games like Call of Duty Mobile and BGMI, where it achieves up to 144fps. It also comes with LPDDR5X RAM (exact variants yet to be confirmed) and an advanced cooling system similar to the one used in the OnePlus 13, with a large 7,300mm² heat dissipation area and graphene thermals.
In terms of design, the Nord 5 and Nord CE 5 seem to take inspiration from the China-only OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra and Racing Edition, featuring vertically stacked rear cameras. While OnePlus hasn’t shared detailed specifications of the Nord CE 5 yet, expectations are high. Alongside the phones, the company will also introduce the OnePlus Buds 4, which promise high-quality sound with dual drivers, dual DACs, Hi-Res LHDC 5.0, and 3D Audio support.
These earbuds also cater to gamers with a low latency of just 47ms in Game Mode. The Buds 4 will be available in two color options: Zen Green and Storm Gray.
