Anand Rathi Wealth saw its shares climb 5.6% following the release of robust Q1 FY26 results, where the company posted a 28% year-on-year (YoY) jump in Profit After Tax (PAT), touching ₹94 crore.

The wealth management firm’s Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter stood at ₹126.35 crore — a 27.6% rise compared to the same period last year. Its Assets Under Management (AUM) also recorded a significant growth, surging 27% YoY to ₹89,797 crore, up from ₹69,018 crore in Q1 FY25.

Revenues from mutual fund distribution rose 27% YoY to ₹113 crore. Interestingly, the proportion of equity mutual funds in the AUM held steady at 54% as of June 2025, compared to June 2024.

In a statement reflecting on the company’s performance, Anand Rathi Wealth’s management shared, “Q1 FY26 was another strong quarter for us. PAT grew 28% YoY to ₹94 crore, and our total revenue increased 16% to ₹284 crore. Our AUM reached ₹87,797 crore — a 27% YoY rise. We also marked our highest-ever quarterly net inflows of ₹3,825 crore, and onboarded 598 new client families (net), bringing the total families served to 12,330.”

They added that client attrition remained minimal at just 0.11%, citing their “client-first and uncomplicated” approach as a key driver behind sustained loyalty.

The quarter also benefited from a bullish trend in equity markets, with the Nifty climbing 8.5% and the Nifty 500 gaining 10.7%, helped by increased domestic participation and cooling FII outflows.

Looking ahead, the company is optimistic about India’s economic outlook. “India’s GDP is forecasted to grow at 6.6% in FY26, powered by robust domestic demand, government capex, and a solid financial ecosystem. This should lead to a rise in HNIs and UHNIs, and provide a big boost to the wealth management space,” the company noted.

Anand Rathi Wealth, among India’s premier wealth advisory firms, continues to serve high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals through its distinctive and client-centric strategies. The firm believe that their unique value proposition sets them apart in an increasingly competitive market.
