98% UK Entry Promised with Fake Papers! How Some Pakistanis Are Tricking the UK Visa System

A major visa scam is being run by some consultants in Pakistan who are helping people enter the UK using fake documents. According to a report, one such firm even claims to have a “98% success rate” in helping people get UK visas.

Here’s What’s Happening:

  • These consultants are creating fake documents like CVs, employment letters, and bank statements.
  • People are paying up to £50,000 for these documents to apply for student and work visas.
  • Surprisingly, many of these fake applications are being approved by the UK Home Office, even though some contain basic grammar mistakes and fake company names.

Who’s Behind It?

The report highlights Syed Kamran Haider, the CEO of Mirpur Visa Consultant (MVC) in Pakistan-administered Kashmir. He is reportedly running the business openly online and even advertises tricks on how to get asylum in the UK.

MVC was found to be selling fake:

  • CVs (resumes)
  • Bank statements
  • Job offer letters

One fake letter even came from a hospital that doesn’t exist, yet it still helped someone get a UK work visa.

Why Is This Happening?

UK immigration lawyer Harjap Bhangal says the UK immigration system is broken and easy to fool. He explained that many migrants claim asylum after arriving on a visa, allowing them to stay and work in the UK.

He said these consultants are “selling a dream” to people who don’t plan to return to Pakistan. The scam is very well-organized and targets people desperate to move abroad.

Shocking Numbers:

  • In 2023, 10,542 Pakistanis applied for asylum in the UK — an 80% increase from the previous year.
  • Even though Pakistanis aren’t among the top 10 nationalities crossing into the UK via small boats, the data suggests many are entering through legal visas using fake documents.

Conclusion:

This report uncovers a deep flaw in the UK’s visa and asylum system, where scammers are helping people enter the country using forged documents. It also highlights the desperation and hope that drives many to pay thousands for a chance at a better life abroad.
