Chennai petroleum to declare dividend and q4 results for fy25

Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL), which is backed by Indian Oil, has announced that it will soon release its results for the fourth quarter of FY 2025 and may declare a dividend. CPCL had paid a dividend of Rs 55 per share for FY 2024, and investors are now looking forward to any new announcements.

CPCL will meet on Friday, April 25, 2025, to discuss its financial results for the quarter and the year ending on March 31, 2025. The company also mentioned that its trading window will remain closed from April 1 to April 27, 2025, to prevent insider trading during this period.

Dividend Update

In addition to reviewing the quarterly results, CPCL’s board might declare a dividend for FY 2024-25. The company is known for paying good dividends, and last year it gave out Rs 55 per share.

Chennai Petroleum Share Price

On Friday, CPCL’s stock closed at Rs 622.10, down by 1.5%. The stock has dropped by 1.58% this year but has seen significant growth in the past few years, with a 139% increase in the last two years and a 250% rise over the past three years. However, it has fallen by more than 31% over the past year.
