Indian brand Lumio is now stepping into the home projector market with two new launches — Arc 5 and Arc 7. And yes, they come with Google TV, support Netflix, and bring cinema to your bedroom without needing a giant TV.
Made for India, Priced for Everyone
The Arc 5 is priced at Rs 19,999, while the more powerful Arc 7 is listed at Rs 34,999. But here’s the sweet deal — during Amazon Prime Day (July 12-14), the Arc 7 will drop to Rs 29,999. Lumio is clearly aiming for that middle ground. Not too cheap, not too premium — just the right spot for Indian homes.

Why Projectors, Why Now?
India’s projector market is still tiny. It’s just 1% of the TV market here, while in the US and Europe, it’s over 15%. Lumio wants to fix that. They’re saying: “Why spend on a bulky TV when you can get a plug-and-play projector that works out of the box?”
And honestly, with our crowded rooms and tight spaces, a portable projector that doesn’t need a drill or a mount just makes sense.

What You’re Getting with Arc 5 and Arc 7
Both projectors run on Google TV OS. That means access to over 10,000 OTT apps, including Netflix, YouTube, and more.
They both use Lumio’s Arclight Engine, which boosts color and clarity. They also have a cool feature called STR8, which does auto-keystone correction, obstacle detection, and autofocus. So no fiddling with settings every time you move it.
Arc 5
- 200 ANSI lumens
- 100-inch display

Arc 7

Plug and Play, No Drama
Both projectors come with HDMI 2.0, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 5.1, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The remote even has Google Assistant and one-tap buttons for Netflix, YouTube, and a custom app called TLDR for sports and music.
There’s even an Under-Stand to lift it off the floor or bed, which is perfect for our low Indian furniture setups.
Lumio is not here to play safe. They’re calling out the gap in the market — between cheap Chinese projectors and super-expensive brands — and offering something smart, simple, and solid.
The Arc 5 and Arc 7 don’t just show movies. They change how Indian homes watch them.
